Mrs.Gunaselvi threw away her burdensome marriage life (09.09.2021-27.02.2023) with the Victimizing husband. During her College studies got married and lived consummated life for only 10 days, then agony rose up in her marital life. Since then isolated, verbally & physical abuse, threatenings, and ignored once and for all. With her mother & brother (her Father ignored the issue & insisted to live with the victimizing husband only) she pursued to speak out and claimed justice. With THENDRAL she got the empowerment to throw away her marital burden and get back her belongings from her husband now moves on towards divorce. Now her mind is relaxed and she pursues her future ... STUDIES, CAREER, and living HAPPILY.

Women Safety First. Pledge is taken by the College Students of Sholingur Government Arts& Science College in Ranipet District on 13.12.2022. Mrs.Kalaivani from Senganavaram has been undergoing agony in her husband's house since 2014 due to domestic violence. Thendral gave her counseling and led her to the (One Stop Center) OSC center of Ranipet and in their collaboration, the issue is solved.

With a group of College Students representatives of AAA College, Ranipet was given a thought-provoking session and discussion. They all pledged to end Violence against Women.

In the process of implementing the Ennum Ezhuthum Mission to assess a child for their learning levels in language and mathematics Madhi Foundation collaborated with Thendral Movement. During the Covid19 pandemic lockdown crisis, the entire nation was frozen from all activities especially, education for Primary School Children. After the release of the lockdown, the schools reopened for offline classes. The 24 monthly breakdowns for the poor children have increased their learning ability especially LSRW Skills dull and weak. In view of assessing this on particular subjects like MATHS and LANGUAGE Madhi Led Assessment (MLA) was initiated in the Chennai district of Tamilnadu in 2 Schools as a Pilot Project.  The objective of the study is to understand the learning levels of children, specific to Foundational Literacy (Tamil and English) and Numeracy (Mathematics) skills since they have missed almost 2 years of direct schooling due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

With the able coordination and guidance of the MADHI Foundation's Senior Manager Ms.Pratiba and Mr.Puviarasan & Ms. Mirra, the Assessment was carried out. Dr.P.Vedhanayagi, Founder of Thendral Movement, Ranipet has done excellent coordination, among the 10 volunteers and realized the Survey among the 246 Children. One day of refreshing training enabled the Volunteers to understand the subject and the importance of carrying out the task and accomplishing the data collection in 2 Schools among the children who belong to the class of 1^st to 3^rd std.  This task was eased by her meticulous plan and systematic execution. Frequent communication with the district team encouraged them to perform well. Despite the monsoons, the 10 Volunteers made it a super success.

The outcome will help the Government-Education Department to design plans for enhancing the LSRW Skills among primary school children. The assessment began on 16.11.2022 and ended on 18.11.2022 amidst all odds we successfully completed the survey.

There are 70 members (22 Families) in Athiyanam Village. Today we made a visit to the afflicted and comforted people along with IJM Government relations officer Mr. Prakash Rao and Mr. Siva Kumar After care manager. We spoke to them with comforting words and assured them to closely follow the rehabilitation works and the reconstruction of the new houses in the same location and arrange for Livelihood through starting new works like Block Printing, Tailoring, Wood Cutting, and napkin making. 

People are encouraged to be always in unity and educate their offspring. An exemplary life testimony of Mr. Sivakumar was fitting in at this moment for inspiring the children and teenagers.

Late in the evening we met the Ranipet RDO and emphasized the rehabilitation works to be started ASAP.

Nemili & Arakonam blocks Aathithai women Livelihood Protection Movement (AWLPM) leaders resolved to make their Village Panchayats a Violence free Village.

Today Thendral Movement's Founder Dr.P.Vedhnayagi has taken the new Portfolio in HIND Mazdoor Sabha's Ranipet Distrct Presidential Role to enroll and lead the Unorganized Labourers in Ranipet. She welcomed Mrs.Geetha (Trade Union Veteran) for 40 years & team on thei wheels from Kaniyakumari to Chennai Gandhi Memorial (Aug16- Aug30 - 2022) who were on their Awareness Campaign against Anti-People/Labourers Laws by Union Govt of India.

In Putheri village of Arcot block, Ranipet Dt Thendral made a Field Visit with her team. Mrs.Ashely(34) a mentally ill Patient was raped by an anonymous person in the village. The anemic victim is carrying 6 weeks fetus in her womb. It was counselled to the family to proceed with the Criminal complaint to the Police Station.

Aathithai Women Livelihood Movement (AWLM) had its filed meeting among the Rural Women in Nemili Block at Ranipet district. after their daily work. 20+women were present in the meeting while one of our Women Coordinator from PLC addressed the meeting.

Thendral received the Child victim of Sexual Harassment in the end of year 2020. The mother of the Child was guided to take the protection of the Law after diligent counseling and consolation the Child is given Justice on 02.06.2022.

Mrs.(?)Roshini (less than 17 years) was a child Marriage victim was rescued and rehabilitated through Thendral's Family Counseling Center has now cracked SSLC Public Exams 2022 and now moves for higher Secondary Education. She has proved that "Hope is the better Rope for successful Happy life." 

Today in Agaram Village, Timiri Block  - AWLM meet held with 15 members. 

Campaign Against Child Labour Awareness Demo was held at Kilambadi Village of Arcot block. Mrs.Vijayalakshmi - Vice President of Panchayath along with 30 women & Children participated.

In Kilambadi Village of Arcot Block Aathithai Women Livelihood Movement Meeting held for 20 women members of the Village (VLC).

Among 7 blocks of Ranipet district Sholingur block stands special to become member of AWLM. 20 women participated.

DV Problem was reconciled between a couple (Raja + Rani) from Veppur and given 6 months time of follow up.

Dr.Kabilan - a well-wisher of the Trust visited our Office and graced the day. He committed his time to Thendral - AWLM women to provide motivation to the women. 

Arcot block Aathithai Women Livelihood Movement - women  leaders who are chosen to function as working Committee of the Arcot block have been sharpening meting to function keenly establishing the Village Level Committees of 39 panchayaths.

Thendral has resolved the issue of Mrs.Sridevi (23) who is a victim of the married life. She was in despair after being cheated by her husband. She was rescued form committing suicide and was given a short stay shelter for 2 days in the office. Thereafter counselling was given to her parents to comfort her and provide necessary support.
